This year, we are thrilled to present Dainey Chin at the SPRING/BREAK Art Show LA 2024. Her exhibition, "Mythos Unveiled," invites audiences on a captivating journey through her artistic exploration of Korean and Chinese mythology, drawing from her rich heritage and experiences as a Korean American painter. Chin's work is a harmonious blend of traditional storytelling and modern artistry, reflecting the intricate tapestry of folktales that have shaped her vision.

In addition to Chin's work, we proudly feature "Social Gathering," a striking painting by Barbadian artist Alanis Forde, as part of our Spring/Break Art Show exhibition, "The Discreet Charm of Abundance." Our exhibitions have also been recognized in prestigious publications such as Hyperallergic and Smithsonian Magazine, highlighting our commitment to presenting thought-provoking art.

Filo Sofi Arts is a platform for important dialogues in the art world, exemplified by our "Disclosures Through Dialogue" series. In December 2020, we hosted mixed media artist Dindga McCannon, whose pioneering work during the second Harlem Renaissance continues to influence artists today. Her vibrant use of acrylics and textiles provides a powerful narrative of Black life in America.
