"This agency is a scam. Mrs. Tavia Thomas took our money to book a cruise (30 people) and our names were no where to be found with Caribbean cruise. The day of the cruise we all went to get on the ship and had to go home losing all our money. Do not trust her. I personally filed a police report about this scam and I am sure that I am not the only one. DO NOT TRUST HER. SHE IS A PROFFESIONAL SCAMMER."

"75 birthday group. Destiny travel continue to minimize their accountability for the role they played for this trip 75 birthday party. Destiny aka Tavia is reporting that some of the individuals received their funds back. This information is inaccurate. Again we received an email showing that Destiny Travel aka Tavia canceled this trip not the vendor. A Vendor is not going to take time out to create an email with Tavia information and send it to themselves. What benefit would they have it that. Unless we were being scammed from the beginning. Destiny travel also mentioned that we were encouraged to take out insurance on our trip, well my daughter did, Franchesca Gonzalez Gorkin. She still waiting on her refund. Destiny Travel, Tavia, owner of Destiny Travel you can deny this all you want but GOD know the truth."

"DON’T TRUST HER!!! This business claimed to be a travel agency. Received funds from over 50 people in attendance over a 8 month period. They would not disclose travel confirmations when asked. The agency cancelled the trip and promised refunds in 20-30 days. It has now been 2 months with no result, with continuous pushback from Tavia Thomas. Disputes made to various banks have been declined because of the window to claim is passed 60 days"

"I planned a trip for my mom's 75th birthday and the day we were suppose to leave (July 1st) the trip got cancelled. There were 51 people on this trip. We were told to wait 20-30 business days and nobody has gotten their money back yet. It's day 40. Everyday she states she working on it and she will get back to us by Friday. Then Friday comes and she says it should be fixed by Monday because t's a weekend. Then Monday comes and she tells us again by Friday it should be in our accounts. And that cycle has been going on since Aug 4th. At one point people saw pending credits and got excited about it but then a few days later those pending credits were removed. When they called the bank to ask why, some were told the merchant (destiny travel) didn't release the funds and some were told that the merchant said, the services were completed so they can't get a refund. We never went anywhere so no service was completed! I've asked Tavia countless times for proof of payment to RIU (the hotel we were suppose to stay at) or ALG (the vendor she claims she was working with) and she has yet to send that to me. Everyday she says "I will get that to you." And yet still haven't gotten it. When we finally spoke to ALG they showed us an email conversation with Tavia, Tavia canceled the trip back in April on the 27th! AFTER SHE TOLD ME THE TRIP WAS BOOKED on April 25. When I asked Tavia about canceling the trip and showed her the proof her simple response was "I don't know what they're talking about.""
