"There was a ebike that caught on fire outside of my parents apt. We got my parents couple fire distinguishers but THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT!! (we didn't think to have to show them) So the fire got from little to big. Could had been bad! Engine 201 got there fast and just in time before it got out of hand. They made sure it was all safe before leaving. Thank you so much for being there for my parents."
