"The black ladies working here are all rude. I haven’t met a single nice person here. I can tell their parents didn’t love them growing up. They talk about the customers right in front of them. I wish I didn’t have to do business here but it’s the only usps near me. I promise I don’t want to be there just as the employees don’t want to be there. Who is the manager? Because they need to be fired. Why do they allow such employees to continue working there… make it make sense."
"the most disgusting post office. absolutely rude employees who do not want to do anything extra or try to solve the problem, help. absolutely lazy rude people. talk to visitors so disgustingly and unpleasantly as if we came to their home. do not deserve even one star. several times I witnessed a situation when black female employees disrespectfully and arrogantly talked to Chinese women who do not speak English well. I ask the management to take action, because every visit to this institution is absolutely terrible"
"If you’re coming here thinking you’re gonna get help, think again. Ignorant people working here, they will get loud and rowdy with you just asking for some simple help. I came in with respect and good intentions but this one black lady had other intentions. I asked for a simple envelope and she wouldn’t simply hand me one from over the counter. Instead, she claimed that she didn’t understand why I even needed an envelope.. take in mind these envelopes were placed right behind her where I had no access to getting it myself. When I asked for the manager she told me there was no manager available, so I asked for her name she responded with “John Smith” . I called her ignorant and she then had a mouth with me. I simply went to another employee and asked for the same help but the black lady yelled at all other employees to not help me. Personally, I don’t think she should even be working at usps, I think she’s better off working for Wendy’s fast food chain."
"Don't really make a habit of leaving reviews but I had such a horrible experience here, I just had to. This is the worst post office I've ever been to. First off, they never even attempted to deliver my package. I looked up the tracking number to find out that it was delivered to "a PO box at the post office". I don't even have one! I went to go pick it up in person, the woman at the counter casually told me that they don't know where my extremely important documents were and come back the next day. Even when I pleaded with her at the counter that I needed it soon. They looked at me like I was dumb for even asking, saying that they don't know where their supervisor put it. I know customer service jobs are terrible (I'm also in the industry) but if you hate it, just leave. Incompetent employees; the only bad thing about living in this neighborhood."
"Not thinking about your fans is probably fine from the Post's point of view. But not thinking about your employees is very bad. Your employees are working and breathing horribly dirty air. It's not acceptable. Or the Post is such a poor organization that they don't have the money to keep their workspaces clean and fresh."
