"I went to the Senator Persaud's office in March to speak with a representative from New Legal Aid Group about my upcoming court date. They assured me that someone would contact me to assist me before my court date. However, with only 24 days left until my court appearance, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I decided to call the office for assistance but was only given a phone number with no specific contact person. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an appointment with an actual representative after contacting Brooklyn Legal Aid. It's disheartening to think that some community resources may not be as helpful as they should be for residents in need."
"They are giving out FREE barrels on July 22nd 2023 from 11am-1pm, which I called and made a reservation but now I can't get it because it's only for people that live in houses not apartments. This is why people don't like to vote for change because you can't trust people every one has an agenda!!! No good views about her at all"
"The services I had received from them were greatly appreciated."
