"A visitors review: a beautiful, intimate wooden church with a warm and welcoming priest (I was there when Rev. Sarah was preaching) and congregation. The congregation is quite friendly, diverse in age and demeanor. The music was also really well done, and had some fun instruments and played a wide variety of hymns, including some I'd never heard! The church community felt small and tight knit, with an emphasis on social justice and inclusion. Look to be welcomed, but also challenged to become a better person here!"

"I used to be so strict with only doing church during the Easter Christmas and thanksgiving holiday months. But since finding holy apostles and becoming a new member along with my mother and godmother who commute from NJ Church has been such an uplifting positive and healing experience. The entire congregation is super friendly, diverse and made us feel welcome from day 1. I consider this little safe haven of peace and pure serenity to be my second home. My sanctuary. I never thought I wanted to have a church wedding until my first time visiting Holy Apostles.. The Mothers have a way of making people feel more than what is recited from the scripture.. while relating to real life and problems or concerns we all face daily. The pray ground and morning services for the children is also a brilliant idea. Music Singing and being part of the choir is also always great fun! If you're new to the neighborhood or just passing through the area, care to say a quick prayer or wish to renew your faith I strongly encourage any and all who seek comfort and tranquility to drop in!
