"They could've done better. I scheduled an appointment for my father, who is 66 years old, at 12:15. I took time off from work to accompany him to the appointment and arrived 15 minutes early with all the necessary documentation. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the individual handling passport appointments was going on their lunch break and advised me to return in 45 minutes. Despite informing them of our scheduled appointment at 12:15, the employee acknowledged my frustration and apologized for the inconvenience and said he couldn't do anything about it. It's is frustrating when online appointments do not align with staff schedules, leading to a waste of valuable time for individuals."
"I made an appointment for passport renewal. Took time off of work only to be told “the person who does passports isn’t here today”. No one called or emailed to cancel the appointment. Horrible customer service."
"I actually really like this post office , I went to drop two packages . Please review the cameras . Older Chinese / Asian lady she covered badge for her name. She started getting really mean cause someone else left packages in the window and she called me to come from the line and add mine to the same window . I don’t know why she was mean . I just did as she asked put my packages in the window and wanted my receipt . She needs to retire with that attitude I’m so appalled how rude she was out no where . I feel bad she is such an angry person . If I was rude fine be rude to me also but I was in such a happy mood . Anyways happy holidays to the grinch . Clerk 19 per my receipt ."
"Easily among the better USPS locations. The clerks here are nice more often than they're not, which already puts them above 90% of the other locations in Queens. If a line is built up they usually have an employee come out to grab any prepaid packages, which is a really nice touch. I'm not saying you won't have a frustrating experience here and there, but for USPS standards, you could do a LOT worse. Issues tend to be outside of the employees' hands, anyways. Thankful to have a quality location like this one in my neighborhood."
