"Would give them zero stars if possible. Called 1000 times with no answer. After continues calls, different days, I was able to talk to 3 different people. Two of which provided the wrong information, resulting in me missing my virtual meeting.. Wasted 5 hours on the process. Worse government office in NJ."

"I want to give them zero stars. I've been calling for I don't know how many days with no answer each day and no call back after leaving a message. Today a woman answered the phone and was very condescending. I received a failure to appear notice saying I did not pay a parking ticket that I paid on the same day. After reading the ticket number on the notice and a ticket number on my receipt she literally laughed at me asking me "did you just hear yourself, did you hear what you said maam, did you hear the ticket numbers?" I tried telling her I had one ticket and she kept cutting me off getting loud with me. It was hard to get a word in because in her head she had it all figured out. And I corrected her telling her I had one ticket not 2 back to back all at once. After she looked it over and realized that the officer made a mistake writing two tickets for the same time and date she said I had to come in to resolve the issue. I asked to confirm "so I have to come in to correct the officer's mistake?" Her reply was a sarcastic laugh saying "you don't have to come in, but it's the only way to get out of paying the extra ticket". It was frustrating speaking to her, very unprofessional and didn't give her name. Had a bad attitude from the beginning as if she was taking my phone call that had nothing to do with her personal. It was so hard to remain calm with her because I felt like if I didnt let her cut me off and talk to me like that she might actually hang the phone up on me after me calling for weeks with no answer. Now I have to go in and fix their mistake. With that being said I will pray for her because she very much needs it."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. It’s impossible for them to do anything right. I have been trying to get my drivers license fixed and have had to jump through hoops with these people to get it done for months! I finally have everything resolved and need for them to send me an email with confirmation and they can’t even do that right! You should retrain your staff to be more respectful! I don’t understand how this facility is still even operational at this point. If you don’t like your job it’s pretty easy to go find something else instead of taking it out on your customers!!! Can’t even get pass the receptionist without being hung up on or transferred to a line no one answers. Not even the managers return your call."
