"Worship is amazing, but usher ...sucks. Usher(s) usually is who stands between folks coming back or not to your church. I was at the church today for the second time, the usher didn't even say welcome or welcome back., no eye contact whatsoever. I kind of figure out why...Maybe I am exaggerating... Usher barely or never smile. Usher having a full conversation with someone, possibly her daughter, while folks are praying at the end of service...Really?"
