"Thank you to the lady(didn't get here name) that helped this morning after two weeks of waiting for this package to be delivered Going from zip code to zip code 11212 (this post office is the worst workers just disrespectful) to 11207 and 11208 A worker from New Lots found my package held my package for me to pick up. Thanks to her my daughter has her clothes for school. Sorry and didn't get her name but....THANK YOU"
"i dont see the demonizeation behind this location, it wasnt an bad experience picking up my package, my package had been thetr for a week and it was fine, also a nice lady works there they nice in there, but when it come to delivery they lazy"
"This people are collaborating with porch pirates, to have packages stolen. I have 2 weeks of packages tracking to show up for it. Plus the delivery guys don't want to do their jobs anyway. Is this what they need unions for? So they won't work at all? This week I'm going to call 311 and ask them where to report my findings, because supervisors seem to be all on it, giggling and chatting on their phones while I'm trying to show them the lots of evidence I have from all the tracking and run arounds and of course they don't care at all. There's a super nasty delivery guy, black, skinny with dreadlocks who looks like he has shots of vinegar for breakfast, I caught him making balls of the letters and throwing them in between lobbies with total disregard. I went to tell his supervisor and nothing changed, instead his attitude became worse. I don't know where blacks claim they are descendants of great ancient African civilizations; 99% of them don't show a spec of it, instead they mostly behave like planet of the apes. I'm not asking for anything special, just for them to do their job, the way they are supposed to do it and they get paid to do so."
"My wife and I found this place to be outstanding and the staff was very kind to us. We went over here, defeated, having made an appointment at another post office. When we went over to the other place , to get our daughters passport-They canceled all the appointments that day without letting us know . We tried to plan that out well , because both parents need to be there .for both, taking time off from work and maneuvering around the city with an infant to various disparate USPS locations is no small feat. so we went here. They were super kind and welcoming to us and we were able to get her passport application submitted, and our daughters photo taken with ease. Wow. Thank you so much."
