"First, I want to say that I have never felt more welcome by employees in any place I’ve visited in this town. I just stopped in for prices and to see specials and WOW was I blown away by the service. I met the manager Michelle, and an associate named Angelica who totally blew my expectations out of the water! Michelle was organized and SO, SO kind it’s like I’ve know her for years! She was VERY professional while keeping it light and kind. Angelica also, wow, knew just how I could be best helped and helped me find just what I was looking for. The specials were okay and the prices are decent. The space comes with AC which is important to me so my belongings aren’t melting away and there is 24 hour security which also gives me piece of mind. Business hours are good as well, open 7 days a week and they take online payment which is nice. Added bonus is that they have a truck for move in which helps. Thanks for the help Michelle and Angelica! You ROCK!"
"My brother and I went to quote the rent for a unit. The staff was great! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were very helpful and answered all of our questions (we did a lot) The units were clean and the hallways were immaculate. We will surely return to this place because it was the best we have seen so far! 10/10 Definitely we will return soon. 100% recommended!!"
"Spoke with both Michelle and Abigail on the phone, then in person with Abby on a Saturday. Both were very helpful over the phone. In person, Abby was courteous, professional and patient both at the beginning with registration and the use of the truck. Very pleased with the process. Great job by all!!!"
"Disappointed! Service wants to stay better. I was a temporary customer from an online auction. The unit I bought was at the very end of the building. I was not given the access to the gate and I was forced to take all boxes and things through the main entrance. In addition, every time I had to ring the bell so that I could be seen in the camera. For those who are engaged in auctions, you understand how inconvenient it is and how much time it takes. Any way, I did my part, and I took all the things out on time. According to the rules of the purchase at the auction, I left the personal documents of the previous owner. All this was checked and agreed by the employees. I got my money back and few days later my account was blocked because I left documents there. I am very disappointed with that people, this is the first time in my long experience. I think you need to trust people more because you are trusted by people who leaving their property in your facility. Also, I would recommend before sending a complaint please try to speak with the client first. In my case, I always positive to get things right. The dialogue is a great thing!"
"I have been a customer for 3 years now, the facility is well kept. I recently went into the office to rent another unit to share with my daughter, and everyone was extremely helpful. The associate was Michelle, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She linked the two units into one account to make managing them both easier. An overall great experience.
