"They SUCK!!!! Such SCAMMERS AND GOOD FOR NOTHING. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE / THE CHAT REPLIES ARE SLOW AND WHEN YOU TRY TO PAY FOR YOUR TICKET WHILE IT’S AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE IT SHOWS AN ERROR. Just when the price goes up it magically allows you to pay after being on the phone with an agent for 4 plus hours. WORST AIRLINE EVER YOU MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE!!!! never have I been this frustrated where I go out of my way to write such a horrible review. An $88 ticket turned out to be $251… First Agent - Shandeece Second Agent - Britney Third Agent - gave up with the names at this point. Just take my money and get me to my destination. They always said that I would get a confirmation email…. NEVER GOT THOSE EMAILS EACH TIME!!! HAVING CHEAP FLIGHT TICKETS IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS COMPANY IFSELF IS A SCAM / FRAUD!"

"Popular routes for economy prices, staff was friendly. However the whole business model is similar to an affiliate marketing product. With down sales for the product you're purchasing to work you need. So some may not be necessarily "optional" if you're expecting a certain experience. Like a seat. Purchase a ticket then have to purchase a seat. Really? If you accept all the down sales they present to you, at that point you could've purchased a premium purchase on Another Airline like Delta. Sell water, surprised they don't have different levels of air to breathe to sell. Had to keep reminding myself you got a last minute economy price ticket, don't expect to have a premium experience. But C'mon some essentials are just that and should be included in the price like a seat. There's no standing room tickets so why are we being itemized cost of a seat?"

"Spirit airline gets five stars from me it's so easy to board with them I never have any issues I get points which allows me to get first class seating the airline stewardess are so friendly and helpful always they get five stars. My most recent trip to Puerto Rico was excellent 2024 with more trips"

"It was a smooth ride. What i don’t like is that the 1) seats don’t recline 2) no television 3) don’t have anywhere to put your phone etc.. 4) you have to pay for water or soda on a 5 hr flight. You get no snacks. I had a window seat so i got a chance to take some pics. Other than that you really get what you pay for."

"Spirit is a budget, no frills airline. I picked it because it was cheap but for a less than two hour flight to Nashville it was perfect. Seats were comfortable, stewardess were friendly and one was even funny! I gave it 5 stars because I got more than I bargained for and everything worked out. I have always heard horrible stories about spirit but we had none of that. Great job!"
