"After wait for 2 long hours supervisor said the person is not here who is doing CC this is extremely ridiculous and they are very rude I wish they talk nicely to people’s"
"Noone ever answers the phone ..I have a reasonable accommodation in place and can't get them to call me back or answer their phones.. this place doesn't have good customer service at all"
"This office should not be called a Jobs Center. The place is for public benefits such as SNAP and cash assistance. It's in a dingy building and consists of a narrow nasty hallway leading to a small room with a couple of computers. A truly arrogant ugly woman with no English directs us very rudely into the room where then we discovered there were no ways to apply for jobs there. If you need to apply for benefits, do it online. Don't suffer the aggravation and wasted time by coming to this dump! ."
"I'll be filing several reports against this building. Let me start by saying the reviews ARE JUSTIFIED. ALL the case workers / interviewers DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT answer ANY phone calls. If you have a case it WILL close and you will have to wait AGAIN for someone to mess up your entire, and I mean ENTIRE case AGAIN. If you have Mrs. Ford or ANYONE to do your interview good luck. It won't happen."
"Ms. Lindo Londor lady whatever her name is is extremely unprofessional. I don’t know how this woman is still working here. She needs to be reported and fired. This woman causes peoples cases to be closed. I’m taking this to social media. This is ridiculous. You keep calling her she doesn’t pick up or either tells you she’s going to call back and never does. Just blatantly playing in peoples faces."
