"Decent, but Not 24 hr & No cell/wifi when you're in its deep basement location so you'll miss calls, etc. They started as 24 hr, but then changed to not opening the door after 11pm so you might get locked out with some of your stuff inside as almost happened to me! It's crazy as they don't even have a person there, it's an automated system so why not keep it working 24x7 as when I signed up? They have wifi in the small front part, but refuse to extend it to where most of the storage units are. Since there is zero cell service down there, you will have no calls, no texts, nothing while you're getting stuff from your locker. I told their head of ops how they could inexpensively extend it, but they never have."

"I recently had a moving nightmare but luckily Stuf was nearby and quick to find me a storage unit (15 minutes from call to move-in). The Stuf team is super friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. The space was clean and well-lit, and the pricing was all-inclusive and included renters insurance (this is not often the case with other self storage places). Thanks Stuf."
"Storing with Stuf was super easy. I live in the area and wanted extra space at home so I moved some belongings into this beautiful facility, both inside and out (I can’t believe I’m saying that about self-storage). There are a few self-storage providers in the area but none of them had very inviting spaces; plus, Stuf was pretty competitive in rate and had amazing customer service from the first interaction. The team even met me on site to lend a helping hand and gave me some swag to take home (a mask which was very appreciated)."
