"My mail simply doesn’t arrive. I have informed delivery letting me know that yes, I do have mail, but the delivery person never actually delivers the mail. I’m missing upwards of $2500 from checks that they won’t deliver. At best they are just lazy, worst they are stealing the mail. I’ve tried everything to getting it resolved but the office won’t even answer the phone."

"the most incompetent, dodgy, and LAZY delivery staff. since december 2023 we have constantly had issues. they internally stole our controlled substance medication package by saying it was delivered at a time it was most definitely not, as we were home, this staff member then signed it off as me, forging my name and signature - which is a felony within its self. i opened up a case and fought for over a week with in person, online and on phone to no avail, as they clearly all know there’s corruption within house and don’t know or care to do anything about it. they lie about attempted deliveries by updating their system with false time stamps stating there was no one home/they couldn’t get in, they advise a redelviery slip has been left when it hasn’t etc - which completely contradicts our building door system as you physically HAVE to buzz our apartment number in order to be let into the lobby to leave packages. we work from home, they do not buzz. i do not believe they even attempt to get out of their van and pick and choose what they feel like delivering. we were used to this happening now and again, but EVERY TIME is absolutely diabolical and illegal. how they get away with this is beyond me. and people need to speak up on how often this is happening. straight to nyc clerk office complaints + USPS Inspector services. you aren’t getting away with this anymore."

"This is the worst USPS ever. They have messed up 4 deliveries of mine in the span of 2 months. For two of them when I went in person as USPS customer service told me the packages should be held there. When I got there, none of the employees in the store could locate where my packages were and claimed they were delivered when they clearly weren’t. When contacted for another instance they said was delivered, they told me they aren’t responsible that it was never put in the correct mailbox. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"Had a excellent experience with Maurice. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with the staff here but recently a supervisor changed my mind about this location. My girlfriend’s package never delivered to our address and I went to USPS to figure out why. Maurice was super helpful and diligent in trying to fix the problem. He gave me his time and energy despite being super busy. We never found the package but I got to file a claim and get our money back. This was by far the most pleasant and helpful experience at a USPS office. If you need help ask for him! 2 month update: every time I come in he greets me with a smile, remembers me, and offers the best service I’ve ever received from a government employee. Salute to you!"
