"There for a funeral. The food and service hosted by the members were heartwarming, and you can tell by the way the food tasted that they put their heart into it. Caribbean style."
"The Sermon was about Love and the ultimate sacrifice Mary & Joseph made. The pastor also acknowledged the contribution women make to the church. The church is beautiful ,warm and inviting."
"I am a member of this church. It is located in BedStuy, Brooklyn. Despite the effects of the pandemic, people come out to service weekly at 9:30am or on ZOOM. A cantor sings the hymns, and a meditation/ brief sermon is delivered. People are friendly and inviting. We have a Sunday School done online at 12noon. Do come and join us!!"
"Father Israel always gives a great sermon, giving scriptural background with application for today. The congregation has always been welcoming and the phenomenal choir sings both memorable hymns and more contemporary spirituals to revive you throughout the week. Being there feels like home every time."
"Our "Bach To Brooklyn" tour de Pipe Organ Concerts consisted of visits to several historicly known religious institutions that included synagogues, temples, churches, etc. I had a ball discovering the history behind architectural influences. The music was a great day away from all the hip-hop, salsa, merengue, and reggae music I've been listening to all my life. Meditative, to say the least. Here are a host of pics I hope you will enjoy."
