"I had a package with a prepaid label that I thought required additional postage. The lady noticed that I was in line with the prepaid label, she immediately told me to place the box inside a glass window. Once there, I advised that I was not sure about the weight, since I received a prepaid postage. Despite the line of two people, she took the package, weigh it, scanned within 5 seconds and told me was ok..... Otherwise I would have had to wait at least 10 minutes, since the two people had multiple packages to be mailed.... With the nice smile and attention I noticed, I'm taking time to write and express the great service received."
