Reviews of United States Postal Service
"Would give it 0 stars if I could. The older woman that was working 7/29 at around 4:15 is a bitter and miserable person that honestly just wants everyone to leave out of there upset. It’s like her goal is to make everyone just as miserable as she is. It’s sad. I work in customer service and it’s one thing when the customer is rude to the worker but she was unnecessarily rude to me from the very beginning after I greeted her nicely. She spoke very quietly and when I couldn’t hear her, she yelled at me and asked me “Do you think I’m just sitting here doing nothing?” That was so unnecessary when I did nothing but politely come in to get my parcels returned. I think she speaks quietly on purpose so when the customer doesn’t hear her she can yell at them. Perhaps this is her way of entertaining herself while she works because she was just as rude to the gentleman in front of me and I have no doubt her behavior did not change with the gentlemen after me. After her rudeness, she had the nerve to wish me a good day. I think she should be telling herself that in order to have a better attitude in her own place of work. I thought going to my local usps would be a good way of supporting my community but after this encounter with this miserable old lady, I’ll find another one to go to when the occasion calls for it. & I suggest you do the same even if it’s the closest one to you."
"I recently came from this post office in order to obtain a money order. Mind you, I waited for twenty minutes until she chose to come to the window. As soon as she did, she started acting rudely. When it was my turn, I asked her, "I need a $1000 money order." She replied, "Get your money ready." I said, "Okay," and added, "How much after the money I need to pay?" Because the other post office has always told you how much, and she had the audaciously called me "a lost cause," which offends me because all I was asking was how much more after the $1,000. That kind of insult has never happened to me without offending the other person. I don't see why she still has a job; if you read the reviews, everyone is talking about only one individual, and she has to go."
"This is the worst post office, but it’s the closest to my home so unfortunately I still frequent it. There is always a line, only one person at a time working and they’re both rude. They expect people to know what to do instead of just being helpful and doing their jobs. I watch both workers on 2 different occasions yell at people telling them they need labels, instead of breaking it down when it’s clear the customer doesn’t understand. Bring in a new crew of helpful people!"
"The cashier who worked on 6/18/2024 at 12 noon was pretty rude to me, I was just asking her where to put the certified letter sticker and she kept repeating that I should leave it inside, what did I know, I just had to be nicer, I had never sent a certified letter before. Very unhelpful and very grumpy. It's not my fault if she's not having a good time at her job."
