"Was instructed to go to Counter 17 only for the woman there to suddenly yell “CAN YOU BACK AWAY?!” once I arrived (I wasn’t even that close either). She also didn’t make an effort to hide how irritated she is by scoffing at pretty much everything. I get that she was probably overwhelmed by the other clients, but that’s such an immature excuse to yell like that. She should’ve at least told me to back away in a calm, professional manner. But alas, it felt like meeting the demands of a toddler. Anyways, I gave an extra star because I got what I needed at a reasonable amount of time. The rest of the staff members were cool (except for you, woman - you have eternally tainted this previously enjoyable experience. Please reconsider your job if you’re always like this)."

"Staff was extremely rude and provoking customers to engage in arguments with them. Employees starting arguments with customers is disgusting behavior. I observed it with almost every employee interacting with others. They were becoming easily frustrated when a customer asked a simple question or was confused about a document. The process is also extremely long and extremely unorganized. Next time I’ll be driving further to go to a different MVC for a better experience."

"Was pleasantly surprised. There was a line outside right at opening (8am) so I was ready for a miserable wait and experience- but they really hustle to keep things moving! The employees I worked with today were pleasant, and they actively took steps to keep the flow moving, reduce wait, and I saw them go out of their way to help everyone out. I did a name change update so I couldn’t make an appointment, and although I was here for a while (1.5 hours) to get things done, they were SLAMMED with people and I think they did awesome managing the volume. Definitely would pick this location over others for future appointments."

"If you take a written test on Saturdays, you won’t be able to take a driver license photo on the same day. You have to come back either with an appointment on Saturdays or walk in before 3pm on week days. It takes 3-4 visits to get a non-real ID done. And an additional visit to get a real ID. The work flow of the center is inefficient and there is no clear instructions on website. Long lines and prepare to wait at least 30mins to get one step done. One visit may take at least an hours. So be prepared for a slow service. A very disappointing service at this location."
