"This public art exhibition moved from downtown to Broadway between 39th and 40th Streets in Manhattan. It is described as being a series of prisms on structures with mirrors that are to be spun around. When spun around they also are supposed to make a chime like sound. We were there January 18. We did not hear the chimes. In addition, perhaps because it was during the day the prisms did not shine very brightly. The exhibition was a bit of a disappointment. If you are in the area, especially at night, it may be worth wile to go see it. However, I certainly wouldn't go very far out of the way to see it."
