"Great union with amazing people. Quick fast professional customer service"
"No contract in 6 years, yet nobody seem to be outraged or staging protests, everyone there is fine and dandy with their cushy positions and couldn’t care less about the cops of the city. Shame on them. SIX YEARS WITHOUT A CONTRACT!!"
"Horrible customer service!!!! Was on hold for 51 minutes, took me less than ten seconds to get to the phone and they hung up. Tried again, was on hold for 32 minutes asked them TWICE and loudly to wait for a few seconds while I got myself to a quieter area and they hung up on me again. It's ridiculous and frustrating, specially when trying to deal with their member's death at the same time, definitely not making it any easier. I can wait 1.5 hours for them and they can't wait 15 seconds. This is solely referring to the office of labor relations, the other departments I've contacted were ok."
"Thank you for all that you continue to do for the membership. I know that in todays political climate that this is no easy task. There is nothing this organization could ask of me that I would not do. I think a lot of people that commented here are not PBA members."
"In 2005 all crippled up after my tour in Iraq a NYPD policeman come from out of no where and helped me get to and on a train home safely walking all the way to the train. There is a reason why.millions and millions of us love the heroes on the NYPD it breaks our hearts to see how badly such decent human beings who risk their lives for us are treated."
