"PASSPORT: DON’T DO IT. Go across the street to the county clerk’s office and get it done. They accept walk-ins. The Asian guy was the most disrespectful, disappointing, diabolical, delusional, diluted person I’ve met in the history of customer service. I had an appointment, I scheduled a week before with all of my required documents, and he said that my current passport could NOT be used as proof of ID for a new one. WHAT??? It’s literally on the passport agency site as an approved I.D. Mr. After I gave him a few words (ALL of which he deserved) I came back on the phone with the passport agency confirming I could use my passport as an ID he refused service. Non of the ladies at the desk acknowledged me when asking for help. I asked for help for 2 mins before a lady looked up and asked if I was talking to her. Man, I bout lost my mind and my religion. Thankfully, I was referred to a walk-in agency across the street and THEY DID THEIR GOOD WORK. Accepted my passport and my original birth certificate to be safe. I got my passport book TODAYYY at the 2 week mark. The ENTIRE STAFF should BE FIRED!!!"

"Most of the time the representatives are helpful. Today however the rep had several dissatisfied customers one after the other. When it came for my turn, I asked for a package thats been stuck “coming for delivery on the next day” for over a week. I’ve spoke to 2 representatives from corporate that told me to go to the location for pick up. I went 2 days in a row. The first day I was told to call two phone numbers, both of which no one ever picked up and the call automatically ended after a minute or two of ringing. I repeatedly called over 50 times within a 2 day time period. No one ever picked up. On the second day I showed up and the representative refused to even check since my ID doesnt match the mailing address. I live a few miles away and have never been asked this in years of coming to this post office. His reluctance to helping was incredibly obvious and his lack of empathy for any customer (the customer in front of me must have been over 90 and was looking for tax documents and the rep was less then empathetic or helpful). These failing systems keep customers in a state of helplessness and waste representatives time. This post office needs some serious help to improve service and reliability."

"If you're in need of a passport renewal, look no further than the Cadman Plaza Post Office! I recently had an appointment here and was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the service. Upon arrival, we were asked to take a seat and wait, but to our surprise , we were called to the window in less than five minutes! Each team member was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. Everything from the initial check-in to the final steps of the process was handled professionally and swiftly, ensuring that we were in and out in no time."

"FOR WALK-IN PASSPORT APPLICATION SERVICES: they only accept walkins on saturdays, technically from 12-2:45 but if you come in that window all the spots will likely be filled, so get here as early as you can. I got there just before 9 and she did my application immediately. Most other post offices in Brooklyn DONT accept walkins, even though the postal service website says they do. Good luck!
