Stadium Storage

"Been using this storage for a year. The only reason they have the business is because of location. There is no other storage facility nearby. In terms of facility, it sucks. Zero parking and not even a space outside to stop for even a few minutes - lots of traffic cops happily giving tickets in the area at all times. This makes moving things in and out extremely difficult. Little to no elevator access. And the storage facility is in the basement so good luck carrying/pushing and pulling things up and down the stairs. Which I’ve done dozens and dozens of times unfortunately. Even with the few hours a day there is supposed to have elevator access- half the time you’ll get an email saying there is no elevator access today, apologies for the inconvenience. There is no bathroom either. The price is the same as any other storage facility which provides the basics- a bathroom, elevator and temporary parking. This is the kind of place you only use if you plan to keep things in a unit and never go. Which is then also a waste of money. It’s sad because whoever the owner is, is just money hungry. The positive is that managers are very friendly although no one seems to stay working here very long. And I don’t blame them. Seen plenty of unhappy customers shouting because of the lack of access and no elevator."

"Very unprofessionally run. Lot of lying about their hours of operation. Website masks the fact that they are closed on Saturday. Sunday is very limited hours (scattered couple of hours early morning and late evening), during which the place is run by a relief guy who doesn’t have access to basic things like dollies. There are no loading area, with very active parking enforcement in the street, so most likely you will get a parking ticket. Yet they charge similar to professional self storage places."

He went above and beyond to make sure my experience moving out of the storage unit was as efficient and easy as possible. I highly recommend."

The best experience was with the Assistant Mr. Trung. He kept it clean and smelling good there. Also, During my move he was available and actually helped me move by belonging out and into my van. I called, spoke to Trung, filled out the paperwork, and had my stuff in the unit and left within 30 minutes! It was awesome! Checkout was even faster.
