"INCREASED MY RENT BY DOUBLE WITHOUT TELLING ME THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE!! Pay close attention to the section in the lease that mentions that the rent price is "month-to-month." After four months, my rent increased by 100% - DOUBLE from what I was paying and from what I was told initially I would be paying for a year by Todd. I called to get a better understanding and they said this is common practice, but no, they don't communicate this before you sign the lease nor is it CLEAR in the lease. They make sure to call you 10000x times to secure your business, but don't bother telling you that they could increase your rent at any time by DOUBLE. This is not a ONE-TIME practice, they can keep doing this until they please. When asked why they did this, they said there are multiple "factors" - of which not one is communicated to the customer. They do not care about communicating honestly to their customers - they want your $$$$. If you plan on using this unit for under 4 months, fine, but for a long-term storage unit, this is not the place!!!"

"Its a storage facility, they are remodeling and upgrading, the office staff were always very pleasant, the facilities were clean, and there were enough elevators that even when they are busy, it wasn't s long wait. There were also enough push carts. The only negative, and its not a reasonably correctable situation, is parking when things are busy, their space will hold 8 cars or vans easily but 4 will block the other 4 so most people do not pull all the way in. And Yes i would use them again if i moved back to Brooklyn"

"Customer service here was great, which is not always the case depending on where you go...and I say that as someone who has used quite a few different storage facilities over the course of many years. Specifically, Arnold was amazing to deal with - very friendly and helpful in getting me setup to move in. This is the kind of person who makes the experience that much better! That said, I took a point off because this place needs more carts! On more than one occasion when moving in over the course of a few days, there were no carts available and I had to wait a while for someone to return one. This was a bit annoying, so my one gripe so far has been not enough carts to accommodate the customers when it gets a little busy."
