The people’s person in this snap center doesn’t compare the other snap Center, I felt comfortable and safe inside."

"There is a long wait, some of the employees have no empathy and want to feel like they are in control of the funds. People need help and after covid and job loses patience is wearing thin. People need to realize you can be up 1 day and down the next"

"Last time I visit it went well the workers were respectful however the security guard is really rude to people, I don’t want to put the blame on every security the one I had the awful interaction was dark skin. This is not the first time I seen him the other time it went the same way when I asked for directions. He always has an attitude, the person who is in charge needs to have a word with him , I saw him at the second floor and he be in the morning sometimes."
