"They hire non-english speaking workers, only. Disgraceful and disturbing. I was not not able to communicate with the individual over the phone. Ontop of not being able to communicate with anyone in the department over the phone because they dont speak english, they just put you on Hold until you hangup."
"I just called the zoning department to inquire about privacy fence height restrictions, my experience was less than ideal. I cant believe that Jersey City allows itself to be represented in so callous a manner. Each person I spoke to was completely uninterested in anything I had to say. The attitudes I encountered were absolutely disgusting. When I look back on my phone call in retrospect I completely understand...Jersey City is a joke! I hope the Mayor gets fired for allowing garbage like that to work and represent the city."
