Teresa Russo is a corrupted officer responsible of the death of some of my dogs including my service dog ZEUS and my 24 huskies seized after her call, this level of corruption went farder when I discovered some of my dogs adopted by people working for the city or associated with the city of New York. the level of corruption is unacceptable. I am looking for real justice for me and my huskies. @ASPCA associated with the District Attorney office is a historically corrupted association.
