"Great lockers in a very prime area, very convenient for me. Seamless access, don't need to talk to anyone or anything, had my locker ready in like 5-10 minutes after filling out online forms. Just remember to bring a lock and know that you have to go down a flight of stairs to reach the storage containers."

"The storage unit itself is nice--the facility at 243 Cana St is clean and has clean units. Unfortunately there was some sort of mix-up when I first tried to move my things into a unit, where I was given a unit that was padlocked and being used. It was after support hours when that happened but the next day I was given a new, larger unit for the same price as the smaller one I had previously attempted to rent. I appreciated that. Other than the lack of elevator down to the units, the place is convenient and the support is responsive. I would recommend!"
