"A new-ish self storage start up company that leaves some rooms for errors and really need to update the way they work and inform customers. On my move in day that I chose several days before, I got a big surprise when I arrived with my boxes to the unit I rent to find there was a combination lock still on the unit’s gate! There was no one working there and when I tried to call and text the customer service, they stopped working at 6PM but the storage stays opens until 9:30PM. The welcoming instructions said any traditional lock from a hardware store should work which is not true. I spent $24 buying a heavy duty outdoor lock and it was too big for the hole you are supposed to put a lock through. What a messy first move in day! They should really send someone there to make sure the unit is actually vacant and ready for new tenant to move in if they don’t have a staff on site. Besides these mishaps, the staffs are nice and attentive with great communication through emails and texts. I was gonna give 3 stars but the staffs’ attentiveness earned them another stars."

"Although my storage unit was temporary, the service (Chantel provides the best hospitality) and location (clean and safe) were phenomenal! I never had issues when accessing the building or reaching out to Chantel when a question came up - always prompt to respond. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a reliable accommodation. If I need storage again, this will be the first place I come back to."

There are no surprise charges like some other locker locations I've used in the past. This place really feels like a small business mom-and-pop!"
