"This is a lovely church. I actually do not attend service here (I'm Catholic) but I came for a town hall meeting where Mayor Fulop would attend. It was a very informative meeting featuring tenants complaining about the different abuses landlords were resorting to in order to get them out. Anyway, after this meeting, I stuck around just to enjoy the architecture and the art at this church. One thing is the people there were friendly and welcoming so I was curious about attending an actual service."
"I have never felt more at home despite having to address lack of tenants rights TWICE while singing in the choir under Gail Blache-Gill at St. Paul’s and Incarnation on Storms Ave. Happy New Year! May God continue to bless the unification of both spaces into St. Paul’s of the Incarnation on Duncan in Bergen. Phew! That’s a long one."
"Please note that this church has two different places on which reviews can be written. This one has a picture of the church and the other has a picture of the street and surrounding area on which I posted a review yesterday. It has better reviews on the other page. I want to say again. This is a wonderful church. It has a very warm, loving and active congregation. You are made to feel very welcome. Fr. Tom gives meaningful Sermons and Ms. Gail provides both the traditional hymns and often an old Spiritual or two to delight any music lover. The Liturgy is lovely.Parish hall activities such as coffee hour offer a variety of refreshments and great fellowship. Most amazingly, this rather small congregation of around 100-120 Is very, very involved in the community in it's care and provision for the needy and it's participation in Social Action efforts. The Love and Light of Jesus shines through this church."
"Reverend Murphy is kind, compassionate and considerate. He is an active member of the community and welcomes everyone into the church! Stop by and say hello on a Sunday. He's always outside greeting everyone with a smile and an open heart."
"Anyone that knows Reverend Murphy can confirm he is a respectful, law abiding citizen and a friend of the community. He is loved by many and most importantly, does not own a dog (I believe he has cats!). I welcome you all to come to service on a Sunday and find out for yourselves."
