"First-ever passport appointment as an adult was more positive than I imagined. I told myself that, if it didn't become absolutely necessary, I wasn't trying to be stuck in a post office with wild service and low vibes. After spending some time looking up various locations, I came across this one which was the only place I found above 3 stars. Shouts to you all who write reviews (I'm trying to get better with this) because it led me to the most relaxed and encouraging experience I've had in a government building. Sandra, the agent/staff person who attended to my application, was welcoming and patient with my questions; their office is clearly well-organized and efficient. Even the downstairs check-in w temp check and metal detector was smooth. Will plan to return here for renewal."

"Recently I needed to file a Lien on behalf of my company. I was unsure on how to go about the process. The women at the County Clerk's Office couldn't have been more helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. They corresponded with me via email and phone without hesitation to help me through the process. I have not had to deal with this situation with the exception of 1 other time years ago. I do not recall getting the help that I did from Jocelin and Heather at Hudson County. Both very professional and very accommodating. Thank you ladies!
