"This was a nice surprise event for the day being my daughter's birthday 7/29. For the price it was worth it. Having ice cream all you can eat was great. Definitely a photo op place. The young lady at the door "Walnut" was so gracious and very helpful. I would visit again when back in NYC."
"I visited the Museum of Ice Cream in New York and I would recommend planning ahead and purchasing tickets through their website. If you can make it on a Monday morning or evening, tickets are the most affordable at $39. However, if Monday doesn't work for you, consider attending during the week in the evening for cheaper tickets. Once inside, you'll find all-you-can-eat ice cream, but don't expect to be blown away by the flavors. Despite the museum's theme, the ice cream is just okay. What makes this place enjoyable are the interactive and fun photo opportunities, as well as the immersive rooms. Be prepared for a long wait to enter each room, even with a scheduled time, as the museum gets quite crowded. Plan to spend approximately an hour inside. Overall, I'd say it's a mixed experience. It's definitely a lot of fun for kids and families, but if it's your first time in NYC, it's not a must-do activity."
"This was the cutest museum I have been to! The staff is very accommodating, friendly and engaging. Most of the rooms have a sweet treat, so bring your appetite (sweet tooth) and know that you’re going to leave with a sugar high. Bring your camera and be prepared to take some really nice pictures. Book on the website for better pricing and arrive on time or early. Bring your patience if you don’t like big groups or a lot of people. Once you get past the first room, the flow gets better . So glad that my daughter suggested this, it was the highlight of our trip."
"We had an amazing time here! The staff is so friendly, and knows how to interact with all types of people. It was beautiful to see how excited the kids got here and how well the staff kept them engaged. It is definitely more of a photo op museum, in my opinion. However the ice cream was still very very good, and there was plenty of it the further you walked. They also had drinks for the adults at the bottom level. It was very interactive, and a super happy atmosphere inside. The interactive was also for all ages; a big slide, an arcade, and overall just a ton to do. It was pretty packed while we were there, but most of the people we encountered were very respectful. It is definitely worth the money to spend your time here!"
