Easy to drop off boxes driving your car, has an elevator, spacious and convenient. No need to go to large storage warehouses spending half of your day. Reasonably priced. Great concept for local storage."

"I was really happy to have found this place so close to my new apartment. When I went to go check out my locker I noticed a lot of fans that you would see after a flood and then I saw one unit where there was clearly a big leak and it was being dried out. I was like huh. Okay it’s probably a one time thing. I also realized my assigned locker was too small so I requested to move to a bigger one. A few days later I came back with a bunch of my stuff and moved it into the big locker. Since technically I still was renting the smaller one, I went to go take a look at it, and there was water coming from the unit next to mine and into my (thankfully) empty locker. They don’t have an emergency number so there’s no way to alert the person who owns that locker that their unit is flooding. I’ve been here twice and I’ve seen two different leaks. I can’t speak for all of their facilities, but I highly don’t recommend storing your stuff at this location."

"Very pleased with my experience with Local Locker Storage. It's extremely convenient located right on McGuinness ave. Moving my stuff into the unit was very simple (elevator) and straightforward and i encountered zero issues. It's clean and well taken care of. They give you a code for the establishment and you don't have to deal with any person to check in. Just remember to bring your own lock. There are grates on the floor which keeps your belongings elevated. Highly recommend!"

"We've had a very positive experience with our Local Locker Storage in Brooklyn. We originally used the website to rent one of the units, however, when we went to the unit, there was a cement post in the unit that cut into the storage space significantly. When we contacted Local Locker to let them know, they made it very easy to rent a new space, even providing the links to specific spaces and quickly processing a refund for my original rental. As for the interface on the website, it's incredibly easy to use, and you can look at, compare, and rent a local locker within minutes. You then receive the email with the access information very shortly thereafter. I would recommend Local Locker Storage to others for the customer service alone, but the product is also solid and takes into consideration other factors (like weather) and safety."
