"Dirty little hidden park. Seems like the park and the stray cat-box shelter are mostly maintained locally so if you're thinking you'll see parks dept here smiling and raking leaves you'll be disappointed. That being said, coming by here at night seeing the bridge lit up and being chased by feral cats is the quintessential new york experience."
