"I would like my review to reflect 0 stars…this entity is rife with criminal activity,these miscreants at the nyc water board are thieves and bandits divvying up my money as i write this probably to get high and smoke dope,i sent them $421.00,the check cleared,has their endorsement on it but does not reflect on my account and they say they never received it,this corrupt criminal enterprise needs to be investigated, shutdown and these frauds need to be in jail.because they are a city agency they are not accountable to the customer,disgusting."

"If I could give a zero I would. I pay my bills on time. The last two times I paid it early and mailed it in the post office. All my bills cleared within a few days except NYC Water Board. I have been checking my account every day to see if the checks cleared. Twice I received a call from DEP saying that my water bill has not been paid and I will be getting a late fee. When I finally called and got through, they told me they never received it and to pay it again. I don't think they know what they're doing."
