"Returned a U-Haul phone back to its location since the employee left it on my truck. Went back the next day to return the phone and was told they did me a favor for letting me know the phone was left behind. Insisted and left my phone number to be contacted at a later time, and called a week later again to leave my details for the manager. Needless to say, no call back. According to U-Haul customer service I deserve a vip discount but U-Haul East orange is avoiding to comply with policy."
