Our services include Notary Oaths, U.S. Adult Passports (ages 16 and up), U.S. Child Passports (ages 0-15), Notary Certifications, and County Identification Cards, all of which require an appointment. To schedule your appointment, please click here.

Please note that all Vault Services are processed via mail or walk-in only at the Hall of Records at our Newark location.

Important Update: Please be advised that the processing times for U.S. Passports have changed. Routine passports are now taking up to 6-8 weeks, while expedited passports are taking up to 2-3 weeks.
