"Front Desk is cold and rude, very noisy at night. It’s hard to believe that it closes at 4:30pm very day but has to start the start the engine of truck at 1am every day. Making the nights of community a nightmare."

"The employees that work the counter at this post office go out of their way to be rude and nasty... every... single... time. Like they're not getting paid to give the horrible service they are consistently providing. Please fire them all and replace them with personnel that actually appreciate having a decent paying job. "I’m writing this on behalf my mom’s, she had an appointment there today at 10 am a black woman with braided hair see her, my mom does not speak English very well, and somebody else wanted to help her but she did not allow her for any help, she was very disrespectful and rude, this people who does this type of work, should be educated, or they simply should not be hired in government offices. Who ever is in charge of this office has to do better hiring people who is well educated or at least has empathy and knows how to make people feel welcomed"
