"Can you believe that this flamingo is made out of bronze and painted? It looked like glass to me. Four artists had displayed their artwork at the Agora Gallery located at West 25th Street in the heart of the Chelsea art galleries. Entitled “A Chromatic Affair” the paintings and sculptures were exhibited in a spacious gallery. Joanna at the reception desk explained the show and artists to me. While I looked at the rest of the artworks, I kept gravitating towards the flamingos as their colors were in vibrant cerise and rose pinks."

"I went to NYC specifically to see Neil Shapiro’s work . The gallery presented a great selection of his work in a separate room which allowed me to focus on each of the photos . In person the photos truly look like painted works of art , I had seen several previously on his website. The other artists represented were impressive as well and each had a separate area to display their artwork. I enjoyed my visit and found the gallery staff to be so friendly and helpful . There was definitely a connection to the theme of the show and the art work displayed."
