"I hope you get to work with Jessica on the 44th st Manhattan Mini storage yup calling her out like that cause I was frustrated that I had to move to a new storage unit because of summer price increases but thank God I called and had the pleasure of interacting with her as the customer service representative there. Jessica’s prompt and professional assistance was truly commendable. She went through my account and resolved my issue so that I don’t move from my unit on 29th st to 44th or any another storage company saving me the hassle!!!! Not only did she address my issue promptly, but she also went above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory resolution to the payment change in less than 5 minutes! I have just been here for 4 months and plan to extend for another year!! I appreciate the level of service provided by Jessica! Thank you for making my experience a positive one! I truly love the space and the price for it, I will be looking forward to seeing how things progress in the coming year with Manhattan mini!!"
