"This was an extremely convenient location to Penn Station. It was nothing fancy, but I don't require fancy. You show up, ring the bell, they scan your QR code and take a picture of your bag, and you drop the bag on the floor in the storage area. When you return the same steps are repeated. Super easy. My bag was still there when I returned and nothing was stolen out of it. That's all I wanted. Thanks!"

"I wanted somewhere near Penn station, and this was an excellent location one block away. It may sound awkward to take baggage to a place on the 14th floor but it was very easy. Lift straight up and a few steps to the door. A very cheerful person accepted and returned my bag. No hassle at all."
