"Absolutely Awful Experience! I used the website and never got an email confirmation. When I looked for it at the d/o store, the store said to just pay them directly instead. I did. Then LuggageHero charged me a $30 no-show fee! I explained the problem to LH, provided photos of receipts and luggage tags, and THEY REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND! How sleazy! The store conveniently charged me and then reported me as a no-show to get paid twice. What type of company wouldn't issue a refund after receiving photos of proof? SLEAZY! They'd rather cheat a customer and receive negative feedback then just do the right thing!!!"

"I was charged for 2 bags where nowhere is specified that the minimum charge is for 2 bags! On the website it says 4.99$ per day - I was charged $28 for one 2 pounds bag!"

"TERRIBLE UNLESS YOU USE THE APP! Do NOT book without the app. They charged me a no show fee even though the staff at the location picked up our bags and gave me a receipt. I took pictures of the luggage and the receipt and they STILL refuse to give me my money back. I shouldn't have to spend my time arguing with customer service over email. Reassess the charges and train your locations how to properly assist YOUR customers. Terrible terrible terrible!"
