Local Locker Storage

"The storage area is very clean. It's very organized, it was the perfect size for what I had to store. I would have given 5 stars, but the location of the lockers were a bit confusing. They are located in a building with other offices and businesses. The guard had no idea what floor the storage was on. After the confusion, we found the storage. There need to be more information provided as to what floor it is located on. The directions need to be more clear. Other than that fiasco, this storage is perfect."

"I like this company and the locker location in Chelsea. However, there are a few areas for improvement. When a customer pays online, you should send an email with detailed instructions on what steps to take next. Additionally, consider printing instructions and posting them at the entrance of the building, indicating that you need to take the elevator to the basement, turn right, and open the door to find the lockers. When I made my payment online, I did not receive any email with instructions. However, when I called customer service, the representative was very nice and friendly, providing me with the address and my locker number. Upon arriving at the building, I was initially lost and had to call back for directions. Overall, I love this company and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you."
