"I don’t write reviews often. But I just had to write that this is one of the nastiest services I’ve ever been to. I was super nice and greeted the person helping me and she blew me off. Then I needed help figuring out how to write a label on the package because I had an issue with my online label. The USPS worker told me what to do and how to write something on a package (while acting like she was extremely annoyed and bothered), I did exactly what she said, and she snapped at me and said I “still did it wrong” even though I did exactly what she said. She was rolling her eyes at me and shaking her head and treating me like I was stupid. Even if I somehow did misunderstand. Pissed me off. Some of the nastiest attitudes here I’ve ever dealt with. And I live in NYC, that’s saying a lot."

"Absolutely horrendous experience to get a passport renewed. The people who work there are rude, slow, and treat people with a level of disdain that I have so far only seen in communist countries. Despite having an appointment, they had me wait almost an hour, only to tell me that my old passport was not sufficient as a form of ID. While was waiting I witnessed how a first level employee "handled" incoming walk-in customers. She treated them like children, condescending and totally disrespectful. And this was in the morning, so you can't blame that she was exhausted. She just treats people like that. Lady, if you can't be kind to people, find a different job! I am a supporter of the USPS, but this performance is an embarrassment for the USPS. These people give federal employees a bad reputation. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Avoid this location!"

"I wish I could give my experience 0 stars. I went in a few weeks ago to get my passport renewed. I paid for the photo and the lady took a blurry photo of me. Weeks later I got a letter saying that my photo could not be used because it was blurry. I go back and show them the letter and my photo and they said they can’t do anything about it and that I would have to pay again to take my photo. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I can’t speak for all of the employees there but the few that I’ve met with have been nothing but disrespectful and rude."

"Absolutely stunning building! So glad they renovated! Still have sections under construction. And there are, sadly a lot of homeless folks (and flocks of pigeons) on the grand staircase outside. Still worth a walk through!"

"This building is just gorgeous! They are also open j til late which is perfect! Usually USPS offices close at 5pm, this is open until 10pm! I sell a lot of stuff on depop and alway come here to ship! Never find a long line and the staff is very kind and precise. Ever lost a package So the place is amazing and the service too! Support your local post office"
