"Self service kiosk is great. Love that i can use my phone to pay. In terms of wait time, I usually go on lunch break (between 12-1pm) and theres at most 3 people there and basically no line for the windows or kiosk. There were also maybe 4-5 workers at the windows. Have no complaints and been a handful of times but always in same timeframe so cant speak for near closing time"

"Horribly inefficient. I tried to get something done on my lunch break and there was only one person in front of me. Everyone in line was told to be ready and have everything sealed but the person in front of me did not follow instructions. Instead of helping me since I was ready (all I had to do was pay so they could send my priority mail) and there was a line of people behind me, the man servicing me waited for this man to fix all his papers for 5 minutes. The woman handling the line was nice tho"

"I made an appointment for my passport, when I arrive they tell me they can't help me. The reason was very inadequate. To work with a passport you need better staff. That document is not a game, all they told me was “I'm sorry” as if with this I solved something, those people over there don't deserve the job, they have to give it to someone who even wants to work, not like them who only want to make money easy, watching video on cell phones and social networks during your work hours."
