"I did used this bus service from montreal to new york but bus air conditioner was not working and worse customer service"
"This is mostly an average service, but the drivers are always on their toes. Beyond that, not much to expect. On a recent trip there were zero bath tissues in the rest room at the back of the bus on a 5+ hour journey!! There were no power outlets (on two different trips) even though they show power "icons" for seats at time of reservation. If you do not have long lasting battery backups, try to nap, but the seats are not too soft and comfortable - they are like standard economy airline seats. Then the driver might decide to channel a radio station on the overhead speakers, so there goes your nap. The "Wifi" on the bus is slow and spotty at best. The drivers will always try their best to make it on time, but traffic and construction are unpredictable so do not count on being on time at the destination. E.g. just to get out of, or into New York City, (heading to/from Boston) can take 45min-1hr because busses have to take the truck routes - i.e. mid-town tunnel into Queens, and then 295/Throgs Neck to get to/from I95. Traffic is always stopped on these roads till I-95. FlixBus is OK for the price you pay, so take everything else into consideration. Couple of tips - make sure to pay a bit more and reserve a preferred seat if you care, else its open seating. Next, choose non-stop rides as far as possible, since they don't have to detour into local stops to drop/pick passengers."
"I have lost my bag in bus that's my bag picture which I have already sent to you but I don't get any update about that. Please help me to find my bag. I need it urgently"
"We were a bit worried looking at the reviews, but the ride was normal. Bus was there and boarding exactly 30 minutes before departure. Driver was perfectly nice, and we arrived at our destination basically on time. The bus was reasonably clean, and the seats were reasonably comfortable. Bring a sweater or warm over-layer of some kind regardless of the temperature outside - our bus was VERY COLD, and would not have been pleasant in a t-shirt. The stop IS literally a parking lot, so there is nowhere to sit, and it’s not particularly nice after dark, but it didn’t feel unsafe, just loud and dirty (which is to be expected of Manhattan at all times of day). You can sit in the train station across the street until boarding time if you don’t want to wait outside - most of the proper seating areas are for Amtrak customers only, but there is a public food court area with seating and outlets. Overall, I’d say this was basically on par with every other bus service I’ve used in America. It might be slightly more hit or miss than other, more established companies, but our experience with it was fine."
"Review for FlixBus (bought through Greyhound): The pick-up location was easy to find, check in was smooth, the bus was clean, and not overpacked on a Friday afternoon. However, there’s certainly room for improvement. For starters, this ride was advertised as 12pm departure from NYC and 4:20pm arrival in Boston. For some reason our driver detoured through all the backroads of Connecticut and we arrived at 7:15pm (~3+ hours late). There are also no apparent outlets on the bus. And to top it off the ride cost $60+ one way. Furthermore, there was no enforcement of assigned seats, which led to a bit of tension between passengers. Might be easiest to just match the “first come first pick” approach of other bus lines. All in all, though it was a comfortable ride, I’d likely choose a different bus operator next time - unless the company addresses transparency around arrival times and routes."
