"This place DOES NOT have a customer service desk to send or pick up mail... The notices issued listing this location are wrong. The employees there know ut but can't do anything about it. The 34th street office is where you should go. Good luck !"
"They won't answer the phone. I want answers about that postal worker threatening to slice a citizen's ear off. What type of place is this where they don't read their own rules (number 7) and get into altercations with the public? Also that manager needs to get fired asap."
"Would give 0 stars if I could. Supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful after USPS lost my priority mail package. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. So unhelpful and unwilling to own up to their own mistakes."
"Supposedly this is where our mail comes from. Since our regular mailman left during Covid, mail delivery is unacceptable. There are sacks of mail left in my building and it takes days for a mailman to sort it. As an example, my mother is still waiting for a letter from Social Security that was supposedly in the mail on January 24th..it never arrived nor did I get any response to my 2 complaints. I also awaiting an important piece of mail that was supposed to arrive yesterday but nothing... If I could rate it a zero I would"
"If I can give a no star, I want to give it but I can't. An consulate sent out my passport from NYC to Boston and used 25 dollars priority express yesterday. It should be here today but I didn't receive it yet. I tried to track it online and the latest update is yesterday 5 pm "departs from post office in NYC". The tracking information stops updating then so I called the closest post office around the consulate. This woman here is so rude said my story is my own long story and just asked me to shut up. After I gave her my tracking number, she basically repeated what I found online and hung up my call. Honestly, she makes me hate USPS. Never use USPS. It's slow and the employee is so freaking rude and irresponsible."
