"My debit card was kept by the ATM because I had taken too much time doing the transaction. Went in to get my card back, and was told I couldn't have it until 3pm. This was at 10 am. I was told they only get cards that have been kept at that time. I was not happy going without my card for 5 hours."
"Used drive in window….lady never acknowledged me for 8 min. Parked, went in—7 ppl in line; 2 employees eating lunch (door open), 2 others behind closed doors….I’d say this place has no customer service skills at all!!"
"I've been with this bank for years and years on top of years! But... if I don't use my card I get a fee and if you're negative you get charged 35 automatically the next day honestly we are only human we may not have those funds checking accounts should be non-chargeable if you don't have enough in the bank to satisfy their needs. So on top of that you get three stars. Change your policies change your ways but once again there customer relations Is amazing they will work with you if you communicate that's all it takes."
"I would rate them a 0 if I could. They have rude staff, the day I opened an account the banker chick had an attitude in her voice but I let it go figuring maybe she was just having a bad day, I should've went elsewhere. When you have to overdraft they expect you to go broke to pay it back right away. Their overdraft fees are ridiculous first you get hit with the usual $35 then they repeatedly rack up $5 per business day continuous overdraft fees, till you pay what you owe and if it takes you a while you are going to be In a deep hole."
