"Called in on behalf of a mutual client to ask a basic question about doing a trace on Wired funds. The rep Darlene I spoke to was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I was not asking to get their account information, only if they are able to do a TRACE. Would not recommend this branch at all if this is how they treat people. They also gave their own client incorrect information!!! Neither of us were happy with their services."
