"I have to go for work, I dread it because there's always a line. This branch also opens late....10 AM for a bank? Update 6/13/23 - What a joke! Come in for a change order less than 20 mins after they open and end up spending 45 mins in the branch because they have zero clue how to do their jobs!"

"NEVER enough tellers in the bank. Sometimes you’re the only customer on line and maybe even in the bank, and waiting for a teller to show up behind the counter. One time I was the next customer on line to make a simple deposit, and waited there for almost 45 min behind a guy who definitely had complicated issues that should've been handled privately in one of the cubicles. There were plenty of other workers that saw me standing there that could’ve been a teller for a few minutes, but one just came over to me to tell me to make a deposit into the machine, like I didn’t know it existed. I’m not about to deposit over $1200 in cash into a machine that could possibly malfunction and eat my money. No apologies either by the time you make it to the teller…at least in this location."

"The addition of Tara As branch manager has been a significant improvement with their service. Bank of America is still very cumbersome to work with although Tara is great."
